- MIS/ IT Specialist: MCA/ Computer Engg. (BE/ B.Tech)/ MSC. That with 2 years experience
- Urban Instructor Specialist: Graduate in Civil Engineering/ Urban Planning, 5 years experience, Age Limit: 35 years
- Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist: MBA/MC, 5 years experience, Age Limit: 35 years
